I love this product! It really has helped my osteoporosis! I’m anxiously waiting to take another Dexa Scan to see my improvement. I don’t have the pain that I use to have. The quality is excellent! It’s well packaged and I’ve never had a problem with busted capsules unlike other products. The only downside is that it is often out of stock! I’ve tried other products and nothing compares to this one! Five stars! I wish I could give it 10!

I started taking the 3 strontium at night , at bedtime, and I was surprised that it helped me with my long term chronic insomnia. I don't know why (or how) it helps me get a few hours of sleep, but it feels like a miracle. I take the Calcium in the daytime. It's the best product I have ever found , or taken, for bone health.

This is as good as it gets, when it comes to calcium supplements. I try to take them at least once every year (for 3 months straight), if not every 6 months. It depends on the budget, cause they are quite expensive and you need to take them for at least 3 months.
