I mix 1/4 teaspoon (about 1/4 scoop or 587 mg) in 6 ounces of water and drink it down whenever I feel like I'm getting sick. (Like all ascorbic acid, too much causes diarrhea). I also like that it contains electrolytes (potassium, calcium, and magnesium). I can adjust the dosage because it's a powder. The wide jar makes it very easy to measure the desired amount. This formula works very fast to help me recover when I get cold or flu symptoms.
