This Thorne Biotin is a great supplement to support hair and nails. It helped my husband's nail improve after perhaps decades of it being discolored - it's clearly helping it from the root of the nail, which is now healthy. Really great! Also note if you have mold exposure, the mold uses the biotin, so we become depleted in biotin. Hope that's helpful (I hope I repeated it well, it's info from our naturopathic doctor.)
