Aloelax® with Fennel Seed, 100 Vegan Capsules

I got this for my stomach. I take this with Slippery Elm, Marshmallow Root, Ginger, Licorice Root, and I put organic lemon in my water. Heartburn gone. Really trying to heal my stomach. Happy stomach better quality life. 70% of our immune system is in our gut and alot of our Serotonin is released from the gut so the healthier it is we are.

Tastes like licorice so swallow quickly as it’s bitter however this works overnight for constipation. It’s strong and makes everything sure move. Caution it does create cramps if your backed up but once you go your stomach feels light. I take one if I eat gluten and then my stomach doesn’t hurt.

I use this on occasion for "assistance" in flow. It's not recommended to use it daily. When I take it at night, I do my thing in the morning and feel really great. Super effective every time.

I thought I would try this since it is inexpensive compared to what I usually use (I like Healthforce Intestinal Movement), but I don’t feel these are nearly as effective.
