Bought these to expedite healing of torn ankle tissue (tier 2 ankle sprain). I started this and cold water with dead sea salt soaks once the tablets arrived and it definitely expedited healing. The swelling quickly reduced (literally within days of daily soaks and the pills) whereas it had been swollen for a whole month prior. I’d say they facilitated the healing process. Also supplemented with omega 3 fish oils to further reduce inflammation.

I bought this supplement because of my wrist pain / tenosynovitis- arthritis. It contains bromelain which is supposed to be an anti- inflammatory and pain reducer. I would say it was effective in reducing my pain. It’s easy to take 1 capsule 2 x a day. I would purchase it again.
