I've been using this for more than 9 months and will never go without it again. I read a newspaper article that said this is helpful for "old people" memory lapses, not dementia or anything, just the usual stuff that goes with getting older. I also have a lack of energy and an abundance of fatigue. (Thyroid problems for 40 years.) I thought, ok, i'll try it. i saw this one and decided to try it first. It worked great! One a day for 100 days is more than 3 months and even though i had no expectations of it, it made a clear difference in just a few days. After my first bottle i tried a different bottle of choline only, different brand, and didn't even finish the bottle, it didn't really help at all. I went back to this brand and combination and will not ever stop taking it! No side effects at all, just less tired, more energy, more focused, less memory problems.
