I had acids in the stomach for many years. I even get to the point that I could not eat some kind of foods and forget about tea and coffe. After 2 weeks of use, these minerals fixed all the problems. Very recommend.
Decided to try a different Colloidal Mineral, because this had more minerals in it than previous brand I was using. However, I like the lemon based flavor and this is strong and has a bite to it. In a protein drink, I couldn't tell but taking it straight...a little rough. I notice a difference in a week from not taking any colloidal minerals....a must for my diet.
Very happy with these minerals, very high quality and very needed since they aren't anymore in the soils, and these come from deep old soil. I put it in my smoothies with a plastic spoon, and immediately I feel the regeneration from a nutritional point of view. My thirst completely disappears in seconds. MAJOR POINT: without minerals, vitamins are useless. :-)
The dosage is low, not very pleasant to take, and the price is high.
I'm worried about lack of mineral to take, and found that this is great source. I like to drink bourbon with soda and put just a bit of "Buried Treasure, Liquid Nutrients, Pure Colloidal Minerals", this is no smell/no taste so just make my life healthy with enjoying alcohol.
When it comes to colloid minerals, i think this is the best. It provides more or less the same amount of minerals from fulvic acid as the other ones but it doesnt have harmful preservatives, only natural ones.
This is my absolute favorite mineral! I noticed when I take it I have a lot more energy. I know that the soil that our food is growing in is mineral depleted and so it is important for me to supplement. This product works so well I absolutely love it and highly recommend
