A special reason why I purchased Solaray Calcium Citrate: ConsumerLab has tested it and approved it. I also think Calcium Cirate is better than Calcium Carbote. I don't take enery day 4 capsules, because I might eat a lot of food that contains Calcium but sometimes my meals are so-so. I then take 1-4 of these.

Calcium citrate is the form I specifically look for because it absorbs better than carbonate and you don't need to take it with food. 240 caps is a good supply and Solaray quality has always been reliable in my experience. I take two a day alongside K2 and magnesium, and my dentist actually commented that my teeth are looking stronger. Bones take time, but this is a keeper in my stack.

I started this product about 6 month's ago. Again, for me, the capsule is best. The aging process makes the body need calcium, I believe, mostly due to the fact that we sometimes don't eat enough or enough of the right foods. I like the fact that the 4 veg caps can be taken over an entire day, not all at once.

Great calcium supplement. I have a really bad lactose intolerance, and can't consume any dairy, so calcium is something that I need. I love this supplement, I've tried it for a while, and bought the bigger size now. From what I can tell from taking this is that my nails are harder. Like way harder since I started taking this, and I feel it's a brand that i can trust and has good quality. I will be repurchasing over and over again. P.S: If you take calcium on a regular basis, get the big size. Hope this helps!
The capsules are large, a little difficult to swallow, but after a week of taking them, my blood calcium levels normalized.
