I took one pill every day. I felt the sensation immediately after taking it for a week. My mood became much more relaxed. I no longer felt inexplicable depression. My sleeping time was lengthened. If I continued to take it, I felt that the dose could be reduced and I no longer needed 900mg per day. So I cut it in half and ate half of it instead. I'll take a pill and see. It can maintain the feeling I want. If it lasts for a while, the symptoms will disappear. So I will take it when necessary.

I can sleep peacefully without feeling depressed or having disturbing dreams. If you take it for more than a month, you will see results. Of course, it varies depending on the case; but it is not addictive, so I will take it consistently.
