D-mannose is awesome! Don’t hesitate! I am a recovered UTi chick (I always had them) every vacation, I always had stress from eating sugary foods or just indulging on a trip. and since taking these about 5 days before (becuase it “coats” your bladder to protect the bladder walls) so I’d take 5 days leading up to a trip or “drinking celebration” and during my trip. And I haven’t had a bladder infection for a few years now!! I used to get them 3 times a year on average :( So I highly recommend!! Totally worth the $$ - no bad taste.

Abouslutly great quality product, the size as in the portion is reasonable, it helped me deal with UTI pain, I used the whole bottle, took two pills the first week then, just one pill before bed. I started with the instructed dosage. Thank you really, the ingredients in this really work. For those with chronic UTI I recommend the larger bottle.

This is the best product for UTIs, it’s a perfect combination of ingredients. Take 2 capsules at least twice a day along with a probiotic. I always get the bigger size to keep on hand.

I have recurring UTI and taking anti biotics long term is not a solution. Cran + D Mannose works for me. I found out if I totally cut down caffeine, my problem would go away. So I take the supplements when I want to drink tea or coffee. I need 2 per day for it to work.
