High-quality collagen supplement that really delivers results. I am 34 Years old and after a few weeks of use, I noticed improvements in my skin, joints, and overall recovery. Tablets are easy to take, and the formula feels very premium. Metagenics products are always reliable and clinically well thought out. Worth the price.
This is a very good product, it helps, but takes time and needs to be supported. I would prefer one capsule, but this one is cheaper.
Do note that the recommended serving is 3 pills a day. Also note that this bottle is not collagen peptides

The quality is good. The gradient is pure. The size is a bit too big and it’s a bit difficult because it takes three pills at a time.
