I discovered Nature's way Heartcare Hawthorn around 2004 and have been using it ever since. The tablets are very small. The taste is earthy but it goes away quickly. I suffer with anxiety and have tachycardia due to two rare disorders and I find that it reduces my heart palpitations and lowers my pulse rate. If you have problems with anxiety or a racing heart or pulse, it should help. Of course, if you're on serious heart or blood pressure medication you should check with your doctor first. Hawthorn will interact with these types of drugs.
