Whether it had any effect on me, the jury is still out. I take really good care of myself aka I eat healthy, go to the gym, take other supplements, so not quite sure if it had any effect. I like this product as after taking I can sleep very well throughout the night. It supposed to give energy level and slow down the aging process. But read instructions carefully for those has medical issue.
