Absolutely the best iron. Heme iron 10x more absorbable than non-heme, and also non-constipating. My daughter notices a difference within a couple of days of taking it. I can see a difference in her skin color and energy within days. Soft gels are large, but easy to swallow.
I have had a long battle with anemia, and this product is the ONLY one that raised my iron levels. Now I only need to take it every once in awhile instead of daily. It also is easier on my tummy compared to other iron supplements, mostly likely because the ingredients are predigested making the nutrients bio-available. Make sure to take with food if your stomach is sensitive.
I have noticed a definite difference in my energy levels since i started this. I take 2 softgels twice a day(with breakfast and lunch). I love this iron. It is easy to absorb and I love that it is a softgel. I also like that it contains beef liver. It doesn’t upset my stomach and feel it does give me energy.
