Revitalizing Sleep Formula, 90 Vegan Capsules

This combination of traditional herbals is an amazing sleep regulator. I started using it for chronic viral fatigue and improved immediately. I've given it to several family members and have yet to see it NOT help irregular sleep rhythms, stress, or trouble getting deep sleep. Also, as noted, most people don't experience a sleep hangover. This is the best sleeping pill I have tried. It relaxes you enough so you can fall asleep, you get a solid 8 hours of sleep and wake up really really refreshed. I am not drowsy and I don't yawn, I get up immediately all alert and in a good mood! highly recommended! I'm trying not to take it regularly especially not when I have to wake up early in the morning (06:30), That's when I take melatonin (and its practically worthless...). I have found this product to be very helpful in allowing me to get restful sleep. It doesn't put me to sleep but it relaxes me enough so that I wake less frequently. I notice a huge difference when I run out. After a few days my sleep starts to get worse again.
