I have been using this for a while because I have gastroesophageal reflux. It is a really good remedy for me when I get the reflux of the acid and the heartburn. I did not encounter any side effects and usually pair this with mastic gum to protect my stomach since I also have gastritis. This is not a prescription, this is just what I have been doing on my naturopath's doctor's advice.

Worked very well to fight off bacteria in the stomach. Symptoms such as bloating after meals and heartburn significantly improved.

This seemed to help a little bit but did not make enough of a difference in that acidy feeling coming up. I seem to need something stronger. Maybe I need a stronger dosage?

This orange flavored soft gel is easy to swallow and it works for heartburn. There is no after taste. It brings a few hours of relief from GERD so it's one of my choices when I need quick relief! I like the container too because you don't have to struggle with bottle caps that won't come off.

I believe this is good for my gut health and my blood vessels, But I haven't had significant improvement on GERD after using this for ~3months.
