Ultimate Iron®, 90 Softgels

I was taking Nature's Way Energizing Iron but when I saw the Ultimate Iron product I compared the two. The Ultimate Iron has quite a bit more iron and it's in a different form. However, it also does not contain B12 but I take that in another capsule so didn't need to duplicate it. I changed to Ultimate Iron and now I get more Iron and I could initially tell the difference. So, just read the ingredients and make sure you are taking the one that will work best for you! Both are great products.

This iron supplement is great quality and much gentler on the stomach than others I’ve tried. The 90-softgel package is a good size for daily frequency, and I’ve already felt clear benefits in my energy with no unpleasant symptoms. Easy to take, no odd taste.

Non-heme iron seems to be inhibited by a lot of random different compounds including polyphenols that are regularly found in everyday foods and drinks, so I decided to switch to a heme iron for peace of mind. This one doesn’t upset my stomach and the taste of the capsules aren’t a hassle to take.

better than the other 3 I was using that's for sure. the quality is really good you can taste & actually even see it B4 you swallow, not too big of a size even though it's slightly salty (weird I know) but I find it perfect. as for the results - gotta wait & see. hope it helps :-)

Absolutely love this iron. I have been deficient in all of my pregnancies, and upon my midwifes suggestion went on this iron for its high dose and having the bonus of the liver fractions. The composition of the two really help for the body to absorb the iron properly. The taste and smell is non existent. I like having a soft gel capsule for swallowing. Will continue to buy!

Quality and ingredient and size are excellent for me and my condition. It's like all in 1 capsule. Is didn't irritate my stomach. I felt different specially my headaches and dizziness. Alot better with with continued use. Package is so nice and it doesn't taste like anything and no smell.
