I used this product for a while before writing this review. I like it but don’t love it. I like that it doesn’t have any sweeteners but I had higher hopes for the flavor. It’s not bad but I’ve had other electrolyte drink mixes without sweeteners that have tasted better.

I bought this for my boyfriend, who works out every day and He loved it. He did not notice any energy drops during the day and felt great.

I keep these wonderful packs in my home all the time! They're effect for preventing dehydration without all the weird ingredients. I'm very happy with the quality of these. I use them when we're sick and don't feel like drinking, especially when having stomach issues. I also use them when it's very hot outside and we need to replace electrolytes. The taste is very good.

Great, high-quality product. All flavors are good. I think the gram of vitamin C per serving is a bit too much, so I wouldn't recommend taking it every day. I personally only take it on a workout day. If there was a little more potassium per serving it would be perfect.

I really enjoy this product! The Concord Grape flavor is very pleasant and refreshing. I usually use it in the morning during my training — just add one stick to my 500 ml bottle of water and it makes my workout much more enjoyable. The packaging is okay, but honestly, I preferred the old sachet version. Now I often use scissors to get a clean cut when opening.
