I was looking for a colodial mineral supplement after Joel Wallach Dead Dr's Don't Lie video. Trace's has most all of the same vitamins and minerals in similar amounts as youngevity brand. at a substantially cheaper price. Been taking for about a month now. feeling great give them a try.

I looked extensively for a vitamin that matched all my needs. I’m recovering from anorexia, so I especially need trace minerals like zinc to avoid deficiency. I additionally didn’t want any mega-doses, especially of biotin. The size is far bigger than I thought, which is lovely. I don’t use it daily, but instead as a regular supplement to diet and more specific vitamins.

It is a supplement so might work different for different people, not a bg fan of the taste but is nice to add to a bottle of water and drnk it through the day.
