Amazing benefits! This is the only thing that calms my gut down. Great Chinese herb ingredients. I feel a difference every time I take it. I usually take 3 at night as regular dosage. But you can take up to 6 a day.
I saw online and on tik tom people recommend for schizophrenia and mental state , Bupleurum root. and glad I herb have these herbs. meanwhile just trying. it has some easier effect on the mind. hopefully for longer periods since i tried so many. people are different and hopefully it will continue to help. good quality. goid ingredients. normal size of capsules. no taste and after taste.

I bought for stress relief although I am not familiar with the ingredients. I trust thr quality of thr brand. The dosage is a bit much but that is typical with these type of supplements in my experience. I am unsure of the benefit as I have not taken a full course of it yet.
