I was taking a different brand of Fish Oil and I am so grateful to have found these because the omega in these minis are much higher, which is what I needed for my high cholesterol. When I take them, there is no fish taste, before or after. Great product.
I have tried several fish oil supplements in the past, but the large pill size is usually a major drawback. These Nordic Naturals Minis are a game-changer. They are significantly smaller than standard soft gels, making them incredibly easy to swallow without that typical "stuck" feeling. Despite the smaller size, they are still high-strength (1120 mg per serving). I also love that there is no fishy aftertaste, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for high-quality brain and heart health support but hate large pills, I highly recommend these!

These are great for little kids to take. No horrible after taste and small enough for my kids. Quality seemed fine. Fish oil has numerous benefits from heart disease, to cognition to reducing inflammation. I would suggest never bulk buying fish oil because they will go rancid. You also don't know how long they have been sitting on the 'shelf'.

Noticed my husband's and myself have improved our memory's. Both of us seems to noticeably improved. Feel ike i used to - not always stopping to think what i just forgot lol--- you know the feeling. Little slips are now not being a noticeable issue for us. Feels like we regained some time and feeling back on track without loosing a thought. Or at least recharged. We're in our 70-s two a day
