Seems to be doing well. But sadly my dad is not regular in taking these but i think it has helped his digestion of things to a certain extent. Will update in a month or so if he takes these regularly but no side effects noted. Thank goodness! Please leave a like. Thank you.
Been taking Solgar Male for years, they have recently changed formulae or become unavailable consistently. Searching for a better upgrade, found these. From the first ingredient - the Vitamin A is naturally sourced and organic. Vitamins that are much more expensive give you Synthetic Vitamin A which can be toxic to men over 50 if it accumulates. If that's the first ingredient, well, you can guess the rest. No more synthetic garbage for me! Love this and will continue ordering from here on!

I really like the natural ingredients in the vitamins. It is a great alternative for some other brands. But I wonder if they can work well together as the list is sometimes too long.
