Melatonin, 3 mg, 120 Nuggets

My physician recommended melatonin to help initiate and promote sleep through the night (but did not provide instructions re: dose amount). I initially purchased a product at a big box store (10mg). The product helped sleep; but had a unpleasant hangover feeling and headache each day after taking. I am glad I found Solgar’s 3mg version. Sleep is effortless, no next day after effects, and the small tablets are easy to swallow. For me, 10mg was just too strong...3mg is perfect.

I've been taking Melatonin for years, and I recently switched to Solgar. Seems to work well for me. The dosage at 3mg works well, and the price is reasonable for this bottle size. Doesn't taste great tbh. The formulation is clean, the list of additional ingredients is free of anything that would seem suspicious.

Can't say much about it. It's just a good Melatonin pill. I like that the dosage is only 3mg, because I prefer taking lower doses (I would even cut the pill in half), but there aren't that many options in lower doses. The pills don't have a taste and are veryy tiny in size so they're easy to swallow.
