Good quality dried ginger root, has a strong ginger scent and looks clean, certified as organic, also the packaging is good. I add it to tea blends, the taste isn't strong but I still think it's a good product, considering that it's dried ginger, not fresh from the field.
This product is very high quality. I could smell the ginger fragrance upon opening. I have used this in recipes that called for fresh ginger and it worked out great. I will definitely buy again from this brand.
I am very hypersensitive and react to all sorts of things. This is the ONE brand of ginger tea I do not react to , and I believe there is likely a reason for this. Aside from whatever that reason may be, this tea is absolutely lovely. Wonderful taste, very fresh. Recommended!
This seems like great ginger to me, I used it to make elderberry syrup, worked great!
The ginger you get is very fragrant and fresh. It’s giving high quality. You also get quite a lot for the price. I will be using this to make tea for quite a long time. I add a teaspoon to my tea pot then pour boiling water over it and let it sit for 10 minutes. It comes out the perfect ginger tea!
I like to mix ginger root with licorice root to make a pleasant herbal infusion (2 parts ginger to one part licorice). The question for me was whether it was worth springing for "organic" ginger which comes in at a significantly higher price than conventional. Well, for me the answer is a resounding yes. Quite apart from any health advantage that there might be, I find the flavour of this organic ginger so much more intense than the conventional equivalent. Sadly, there's no going back. Note: product label indicates this product comes from China.
