Thanks for the prompt delivery. I always have joints stiffness when getting up from bed in the morning. Started trying by taking this blackberry caps with magnesium before sleeping , after a week, can feel obvious improvement on the joints mobility and flexibility . I have not found other benefits yet, but , just ordered addition 2 packs for continue testing !
