I take 2 in afternoon with a smoothie and 2 with dinner. I have had a problem with constipation for years and I am not sure if these are helping or the California Gold Nutrition, CollagenUP, Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen Peptides with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C, Unflavored, I started taking at the same time. Anyway, I am sure glad to be getting the minerals I need. At 69 and refusing Pharm drugs, I am healthy and vibrant and want to keep it that way. I highly recommend this product

These iron-free multimerals have been great for filling nutritional gaps without upsetting my stomach like some others do. I appreciate the clean formulation and that the capsules aren’t overly huge.
