This product surprised me with its effectiveness. Inspite of not taking the full dose, I felt more upbeat, alert , energetic and confident. There was no strong unpleasant taste. The size of the capsule was just right. The product quality was up to the mark. What's more, the ingredients are all herbal and not made up of chemicals and fillers. The full dosage requires two capsules twice a day but I felt good just with half the the recommended dosage. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing that extra mental boost especially if you are over 60 years of age and need to be mentally alert for work. The benefits of this product are felt quite soon after consuming it. It delivers what it promises. I will continue using this product.

This supplement does really does help me with wakefulness and sharp thinking. But since I have a nervous disposition, I also take StressCare. Together there's a balanced open awareness replacing attention all over the place but never landing. Like anything of this kind, I'd try the particular supplement only as a trial, and talk to your GP about it. Or neurologist, if you have one. Mine thought it looked harmless, and was interested to hear what benefits I enjoyed. It feels like it is carefully crafted, and not just a jumble of ingredients. I have a lot of respect for this brand.
