What can I say? I’ve been taking this for years. It has really helped. Decrease my anxiety. Sometimes I put it in my water bottle and sip it at work all day. Other times I drink it right before bed and it helps relax me to fall asleep. It does tend to cause loose stool so you have to start small.
I need magnesium and I need calcium, so I am glad they are together in this formula. I take it every day. It is easy to put a spoonful in a cup of water, and it tastes like lemonade. (I add some of Dr. Berg's electrolyte formula too to get potassium.)
i think this form of magnesium is the best quality as the ingredients is only magnesium in powder form, so it has no fillers whatsoever. i use this to combat joint and muscle cramps and to get a benefit of good night sleep as it was suggested by other users aswell. also, it's good for hormone regulations.
