It doesn't taste so good, but it seems to work. Also, the taste doesn't last very long anyway. I think I'll definitely buy it again.

I love all the flower essence combinations sprays like this, which are so convenient to use. You can technically just mist it over your body a little bit and it would already be affected because it is an energetic vibration. I also read that flower essences are more effective when used in a combination. However, be careful not to use more than one flower combination at a time because it could overwhelm your body.

I use this every night now and it works well. I also spray it on my children’s head or pillow before bed and they enjoy the smell. It seems to work well, it taste like alcohol and I don’t drink so it’s a little weird. But I know alcohol is in it. Anyways, it works nicely for kids and adults. I wouldn’t put it in a child’s mouth as it has alcohol.

It's hard to tell, but I'm pretty sure it works. Sometimes it works better than others, though, for some reason. The taste is fine; it doesn't bother me. It's not a super strong taste. I think I will likely purchase it again.

I am glad to have a possibility to buy their Essences on iHerb. Quality is as its great as awaited. Sizes could be bigger though. Tastes very pleasantly.

I ordered this in the Hope that it would help me get back to sleep during the night. So far I am not convinced that it is made any difference when I have used it unfortunately.

This floral sleep essence has been a lovely addition to my night routine. The gentle floral scent is very calming and helps me unwind after a long day. I find it easier to relax and fall asleep without feeling drowsy or heavy the next morning. It feels very natural and comforting — a nice way to signal my body that it’s time to rest.

I keep this by my bedside for when I can't sleep. I don't take it regularly so there isn't a build up of effect. It doesn't have a dramatic effect like some supplements but it's a very mild taste and effect compared to valerian or melatonin. Unlike melatonin, it doesn't mess with your hormones. All the flower essences are gentle and help in an unobtrusive way. Depending on the sleep issue, I think it does help pretty fast when it's just minor sleeplessness but for bigger problems, it maybe won't put you out unless you take it regularly. I would buy it again and appreciate the size is bigger than the Bach one.
