I’ve been taking vitamins since I started having kids 15 years ago. I had my blood work done and a lot of my vitamins were really low. So I guess whatever I was taking was not a good quality. My doctor recommended this brand and after taking it for three months I did another blood check and all of my vitamins were great! So I am sticking with this ones! They have two different size tablets. I tried both and prefer taking the smaller ones, although you will have to take six daily. Which is not hard.

This is an incredibly comprehensive formula, with good doses of everything you can think of, although I only take 1/3 daily dose as my nutrient levels have been tested and are great (maybe cos i've been taking this for many years). This product has smaller size tablets which are good if swallowing is an issue for you.
