Source of Life®, Gold, The Ultimate Multivitamin Supplement, 90 Capsules

I am glad that I found this supplement under this brand because the ingredients include a good list of vitamins and minerals (even include CoQ10 and Resveratrol) from organic plant sources. The capsule size is not big, so this helps swallowing especially for the seniors. I take these as a daily supplement for my health.

I've been using source of life vitamins for at least two decades. While the mini-tabs are my favorite, I had to go for cheaper and get the capsules. I probably take a couple every two or three days and that seems to be enough for me to keep my energy up.

I think this is a Good multi-vitamin product, however, it need to take 9 capsules per day and I think it is too much.

They contain almost everything we need to stay healthy in the form of vitamins, minerals as well as certain coenzymes and antioxidants.
