I particularly like this Dragon product because it's a great Yin tonic herb combination. An Asian acupuncturist I go to recently told me that all people should start taking Yin herbs in their 40s as we all naturally lose Yin. Also... stress...illness...injury....etc all BURN your Yin at a much faster rate. When you run out of Yin you run out of life force.

I tried Jing after researching and reading up on this and other related products by Dragon herbs and TCM. Both products have started to bring my vitality and energy back from feeling tired and listless for most of the time for about a year after my last period. I started taking Primal Yin first though for about three weeks to a month, once a day. That actually helps restore my energy level. Then I switched to taking Jing daily for about two to three weeks now. I noticed that even for the second night, I started to be able to fall asleep much sooner than any time in my life up till that point. The package arrived on time for me. The ingredients are things and combinations I can trust. Primal Yin and Jing have improved my postmenopausal quality of life. I am hoping more women at my age and stage of life will benefit from these products. Plus our bodies need that replenishing and restoration in general. It does what it says. Replenishing.

I take this together with the second supplement from Dragon Herbs - Natural Woman. This was the only way I was able to get rid of hot flashes and night sweats. It's amazing, as nothing else was really helping. I definitely recommend this product.

I did a TCM reading once and I think they said I needed to replenish my yin so I bought this but did not take consistently as i was not SURE that I need to be taking it.
