I try a lot of omega 3 and this one is another good pick from iherb. The price is good. I take 2 of these, one in the morning and one after lunch. fats like to be digested with other fats. I take omega 3 for my skin, hair and eye health. i need it more as i get older and it was recommended to me by my optometrist to take 1g daily for my eye lens health. I like that the pack is not see through as this helps with the stability of the omega3 and avoids oxidation. omega 3 also helps with insulin sensitivity and lowering inflammation in the body.

This is an ok supplement, I think the quality is good, but I’ve since switched to a vegan based omega because of the poor fish farming practices to make these types of supplements. It seem super sketchy and so many chemicals are used so I’m much happier using a plant based omega.
