This product made me break out on my forehead and made me feel unwell after 3 weeks of use. I do have stomach issues and maybe the methyl form of the vitamins was not for me.
When I take this daily formula I am confident that I am taking a high quality product which contains all of the vitamins and minerals I need in a highly absorbable form! I also appreciate the methylated forms of folate and B12!
I feel it took a long while for it to have any real impact. Otherwise a good vitamin & mineral boost and convenient to take.
It taste like a child's multi-vitamin but with the dosage, serving, and ingredients of a high quality supplement. It's not the cheapest per serving but the bioavailability looks good.
This is the second time that I have used this brand of multivitamin. Taken regularly, I think they do help with energy (not nervous energy) and feeling well.
Great product with a huge range of vitamins and minerals. Excellent for general health. Pleasant flavour, easy to drink straight or mixed.
First of all, the bottle size is huge.. Second of all, I was shocked to love the flavor of "Tropical mixed berry", I really wasn't expecting to like its taste but I enjoy diluting 30 ml in a glass of water and ice. Its feels like a treat. I got this following a surgery where I couldn't eat for few days, where I wanted to make sure I get all the nutrients needed and not suffer from any deficiency.. I plan to continue to use this even after I can swallow regular pills again.
