Very powerful herb, just take it slow to start with as you could suffer some stomach discomfort, but I definately notice I have more energy. I love it.

I don’t follow the recommended dosage because if I did the product would finish so quickly it wouldn’t be great value for money. It’s a great quality product though and even though I am taking it less than recommended I am Still feeling the benefits in my wellbeing.

The quality is top notch! I was only taking one a day. Started taking the recommended 3 caps twice a day. 3 before breakfast and 3 midafternoon. Amazing, calm energy. It’s also supposed to help with weight maintenance, blood sugar regulation so I’ll definitely be tracking that.
