I find it really helps me sleep (I take it before bed) and keeps me regular (if you know what i mean) It’s quite salty, so definitely mix with water. And follow the dosage guide.

I take a few of supplements, and this is one of them. It is hard to tell what is doing what but all I know is if I stop doing my vitamins and supplements, then I definitely feel different. I have more energy and have no stomach aches with the things I take daily. It is super salty. I take it with juice just fine. I don’t take the full dose though. I would definitely split up the dosage throughout the Day. I will buy again.

I already have a 3rd bottle of this magnesium tipe. Ivstarted from 1 pipete. Now I am taking 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. It's works quick and good. Cramps is gone, my sleep is back and the most important - arythmia is gone as well. So I am not going to give up this product
