It has good quality natural ingredients and the price is very affordable, the size of capsules is small and easy to consume, it has no bad taste. It might benefit you if you have histamine intolerance issues. Dao enzyme capsules are very expensive and I hope that this one will do the job.

I got fir my daughter who has severe hayfever. She said they didnt work, however my husband"s neice whol i bought a second bottle for said they worked ! Got rid of all her symptoms apart from sneezing she said. I feel for these to work , you should be taking them daily for the herbs to heal, they aren't like drugs which work tnere and then ! But trying to tell kids that , is a,different story !!! Not sure if you can still take these a long with smaller dose of antihistamines? Brilliant ingredients though and natural which is what i was looking for !
