I have recently purchased this product to improve joint health specially my knee. I haven't noticed any improvement yet. no taste on tablets, clean and quality ingredients product.

Bought this good quality Shark Cartilage supplement to help with my creaky knee as well as to enhance the well-being of my tendon wrist as I had injured it in the past. I have taken about 2 weeks or so, so far I felt some improvements especially my weakened tendon wrist as there is a beneficial effect of not so much pain now. Flexing or bending my knee and wrist are slightly easier now though not totally yet. There is not much taste cause I basically swallow the capsules.
