My husband and I love this tea and can drink all day! I started drinking it during breastfeeding to cut down on caffeine. I adore the caramel aroma and taste of the tea, it gets even better the longer it sits in the teapot ) so we brew a big pot in the morning and drink it throughout the day. Plus the antioxidants are a bonus!
