I have taken Solaray, Cal-Mag Citrate for years along with additional multi-minerals. I have arthritic osteoporosis, am 77 years old. Recently, I fell down the stairs at my sisters and had no broken bones. I fell on cement a couple of days ago and nothing broke. I must give some credit to these supplements. I suffer from poor absorbency so feel they must be easily absorbed.

I bought this to try because Solgar's was out of stock. I like the 2:1 balance of Calcium and Magnesium plus the fact that they are both totally nitrates. The Vitamin D is a bonus. Solgar's really helps eliminate cramping so yet to see if this does the same job.

Solaray is my favorite brand for calcium. Healthy bones need the best support. . Solaray calcium composition. Each of its products is of high quality. Very good for osteoarthritis. The best way to fill in the gaps is with grass.
