I’ve tried different kinds of Natrol melatonin. I was satisfied with the quality. I would say I would always prefer gummies over tablets (a child in me), but these are also fun due to their taste. Like eating a candy before bed. The tablets are small in size and do dissolve fast and I’d assume absorbs well as most of it happens in the mouth. I had a great overall experience with these and would purchase again if needed. But, please, do not overuse stuff like this and reserve to the seasons or days in life where there would be such a need. Recommend!

I used to purchase the regular 3mg version but it was out of stock so I turned to this one. The texture of this tablet is exactly like ラムネ菓子. If you have tried that japanese candy before, you'd know what I am talking about. It dissolves in your mouth immediately and you don't even need to chew it, so it's a much better alternative to those who have trouble swallowing solid tablets. After 2 weeks of consumption, I can say this fast dissolve version works just as good as the regular one does. My boyfriend takes 1 tablet daily, and he takes it with a little bit of water for better digestion and absorption, it works better that way. Also it does work faster than the regular version, only takes about 10 minutes to kick in. The flavor is also pretty good, it tastes natural and just like real strawberry. If you check the ingredient list carefully you'll see they use natural flavor which is awesome!

been using this brand for years now with several different doses. good taste, and i feel it working within 10 minutes. I took 5mg for years until hearing that lower doses were better, went down to 1mg and fell asleep so fast the first night. unfortunately my histamine issues got worse in the past year and 1mg wasn't enough for me anymore. went up to 3mg and now am happy back on 5mg. the higher doses don't help me fall asleep as quickly but they counteract my nightly histamine dumps, so I sleep better. minus one star because i kinda hate how this brand has so many similar products but their packaging doesn't distinguish between them very well. I accidentally bought the wrong melatonin once because the front packaging didn't say anything about added b6, sadly the b6 version gave me severe insomnia for a week. now i triple-check the packaging every purchase.
