If you have iron deficiency anemia, Iron Complex is the only way to deal with it. There are different forms of iron, though, and some tend to cause worse side effects than others. In general iron tends to cause stomach discomfort and constipation, but this form of iron is a chelated form that from what I've seen has fewer to no side effects. My iron levels have been tested and they're within normal range now!! They were quite low (anemic!!) before I started these capsules.
