the quality of this product with the ingredients in it (the size was bit shocking), the fact it can be taken daily end the potency of each vitamins AND minerals are there. many would think ok there is zinc in it and it's okay the type of "attachment" it has plays an unbelievable role in bioavailability. it has gluconate. awesome. just hope you can improve on the magnesium to make it even further beyond. it is already a great product with a wide range for ages to take and the packaging is simple tbo I'd suggest an airtight easy to open for the older we the pushing and twisting does take effort. overall, a great supplement to supplement ourselves. it contains both necessary vitamins and minerals.
