As someone that has suffered by adrenal fatigue for a very long time this has given me peace, calm and strength back. I honestly recommend these. I LOVE THESE. I use to struggle even taking deep breaths. Now my body is at peace again. Also take it with Swansons Ashwaganda. The quality is very good. The size is very easy to swallow. Ingredients are very good. There is no taste of them. My stress management is highly benefited from this, great price.

I have got several symptoms of adrenal insufficiency, in which the most serious is immunodeficiency. Instead of cortisol therapy, this product is considered as closed as I can get cortisol with a natural therapy. While some other brands provide Freeze-Dried Adrenal and Herb Activators in separate products, this product ingredients combine them in a capsule, which is more convenient for using, and more cost-effect too. After some trials and body monitors, I found the dosage of two capsules in the morning and one capsule in late afternoon is the most appropriate dosage for me. During the trials, I also found its is better to take the capsule with glass of water, and about one hour before meal. Luckily, the capsule has pleasant taste of natural herb instead of bovine! I have felt my health and my sleep is better after three months of using this product, showing quality of this product. I wonder why this supplement isn't available in larger size of 90 or 120 capsules which would be more cost-effective to use.

It is an excellent value for money product. I had purchased their tongkat ali earlier and really liked it. This one has the required dosage plus some additional herbs for activating the main ingredient. I didn’t notice any funny taste. Overall a good product.

I appreciate this product from Solaray, and am taking it for overcoming fatigue. I started on one a day, but now will start 2/day. I love this brand and trust their products. I got this for adrenal fatigue. After many years of stress and busyness my adrenals were worn out. They certain gave me a boost, a little too much like an adrenaline rush, which was a bit too intense for me, it didn’t fit me, but I think that’s just my individual body type because I read a lot of positive reviews and am sure it will help someone else. Both in quality, ingredients and affordability. If there are better ones out there, the cost of the ingredients may or may not justify the price. Comparing these to a reputable brand like Thorne's, I think people are just going based on popularity and the fact it works well, but just do an ingredients and cost comparison.

I noticed an improvement in my symptoms of adrenal fatigue right away. I am taking the dosage directed on the bottle twice a day, as it is a food based ingredients. Good quality.

I have been feeling and sleeping better. I might have to take those much longer to get some real results but I am glad I started those.

These really do give you energy take them in the morning or early in the day, no “jitters” but you will be wide awake and alert!
