Have been using the Source of Life vitamins for more than 10 years. Totally natural, made from real food (one can tell even by the vibrant and wonderful smell of the pills). Outstanding antioxidant (especially impornat for guys and gals who train hard and frequently!). It enhances overall all-being and improves visibly skin, hair, etc.. while the lutein that it contains does wonders for improving the eye-sight!
