Melatonin, Lemon, 60 Lozenges

This is an excellent product, in good tasting lozenge form, to help going to sleep. Melatonin is one of the body's natural hormones which declines as we age. Melatonin is converted by the liver into seratonin which is needed for sleep. Place one capsule under the tongue about one half hour prior to sleep. For best results go to sleep in a totally darkened room

It helps me fall asleep easier and I get sleepy quickly. I went to bed at 10 PM and woke up at 6 AM feeling refreshed. I slept soundly.

It made me feel sleepy faster and I slept better, but I took two pills, which were easy to swallow.

Quick acting. I take it about 15 minutes before I need to be asleep and it takes affect quickly. I keep buying this brand.

Ive been taking these for the last 8 months. They work well but maybe sometimes too well. Some days I wake up and I am still sleepy from these and I do sleep about 9 hours a night. I will keep buying them
