Would have fixed all those years lost to bad sleep if I discovered melatonin earlier. This bottle is cheap and very value for money will probably repurchase.

I tried other brands but came to the conclusion that NATROL is the best. A 3mg tablet is what I need for a full night's sleep. Very effective and high quality ingredient. Tablet size is quite small and easy to swallow.

It's probably the most affordable melatonin I can find on the market. You won't believe how much they sell here at my local store. 60 capsules for 23 usd dollars, it's ridiculous! I have used this 3mg melatonin for several months, but it just occured to me to look for a time release version. Natrol makes this, so I will be trying that next time. I started off with this melatonin by buying the smaller amount of tablets first. Then I bought this larger size (240 tablets). I poured the tablets into the first, smaller bottle because it took up less space on my shelf. Guess what? All of the tablets fit into the smaller bottle! Anyway, These tablets are not easy to swallow like capsules, they are dry and it can take a few gulps to swallow completely. So if you have trouble with these kinds of tablets, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I bought this supplement for the first time, I don't use it every day, but it does the job when I take it.. The dose of 3 mg is good for me (47 years old), for the elderly it should probably be stronger.. packaging and size are great... maybe the packaging could be smaller for this size tablet..
