doc advised to take Calcium Citrate instead of the one with ascorbic .. quality is great, though capsule is a bit big to swallow .. mom in her senior years and me in my 40s have been taking it for a month now .. so far so good .. it doesn't have any after taste at all ..

i was looking for calcium without added things like vitamin D, so that i can take it with my multivitamin that is already high in vitamin D. calcium citrate seems to absorb better too. love this as it is not too high dose so we don't take too much such that it doesn't get absorbed anyway.
