I have been giving both my kids (one is 2 and one is 5 ) 15 drops of this every day in their drink - they haven't been ill in ages and if get bit of snot (rare) it is gone fast. Might not be because of this product but I really think it (and taking vitamins in general as well) work so well.....my little boy has Downs Syndrome and they say people with this have low immunity he has started new school is into his second half of term and not been ill - lots of colds and coughs and allsorts all around him....
