I've been drinking this for a week and I don't feel any effect at all compared to other similar products and it doesn't smell like silica, it's too runny. The product seems inexpensive, but it is not effective, which is very disappointing. Questionable quality. I believed the good reviews, but it was a mistake. Get a more expensive silicone one. The ingredient is silicon, you can't feel it at all.

I like to take my supplements in liquid form, so I am happy with this product. I take it with a little bit of water and keep it in my mouth for absorption. No strong taste.

We've been supplementing it for few months already and so far so good! It's very difficult and many times impossible to find mineral water with desired content of silica and this product makes it very easy to achieve.

The quality of the product is good, ingredients are good, the tincture is small and the price point is high but the effects of the product seem to work well, especially for knees and joints, added benefits; product works well for hair, skin and nails.

I'm trying liquid minerals now to avoid unnecesary ingredients in supplements that may be harmful. So far so good. This brand offers good quality minerals to help with deficiencies. You dilute these in water or in some tea, and it works well. Doesn't have that much of a taste. Still to soon to see improvements, but expecting to see some effect soon.

I am taking this instead of my glucosamine Viartril to see what difference it makes since sulfur and silica are the 2 essential elements for cartilage and joint repair and pain. Liquid is usually more readily absorbed, so I will check on my progreess.
